วันนึงที่ทำงานก็บอกมาว่าให้ส่งโน๊ตบุคประจำตัวคืนเพื่อเปลี่ยนตัวใหม่ที่ดีกว่าให้ แต่ปัญหาก็คือปกติผมจะใช้โน๊ตบุคตัวนี้เพื่อที่จะนำรูปที่ถ่ายได้โพรเซสออกมาเป็นไฟล์ โดยใช้โปรแกรม Light Room โดยเก็บไว้ทั้งใน ไดร์ C ,D แล้วก็ยัง External Harddisk นานมากๆๆ จนบางที่ไฟล์หายไปไหนก็ไม่ทราบ
สิ่งที่ผมอยากได้ตอนนี้ ผมอยากได้รูปครอบครัว ตลอดจนเพื่อนๆ ทั้งหมด มาเก็บไว้ (บางรูปก็หลายปีมากๆ แล้ว) โดยที่ผมไม่สนว่า จะได้ไฟล์คุณภาพเป็นยังไง เพราะเป็นรูปที่ตั้งใจจะเก็บไว้ดูจริงๆ ถ้าเป็นตามปกติแล้ว สิ่งที่ผมต้องทำคือ การที่เสียบไฟล์ต้นฉบับเข้ากับพอร์ตของโน๊ตบุ๊ค แล้วเปิดโปรแกรม Light Room แล้วจึง Export ออกมา แต่นี่ไฟล์เจ้าปัญหาเกิดอาการ Missing File สิ่งที่ผมต้องทำในตอนนี้คือ ทำยังไงจึงจะได้รูปที่ต้องการออกมา
เริ่มจากเสริทข้อมูลในกูเกิ้ล ที่คนไทยได้เคยเขียนไว้ เรื่อง การนำรูปออกมาจาก Light Room ในกรณีที่ไม่มี File ต้นฉบับ แต่ก็ไม่พบ แสดงว่า ข้อมูลนี้ คนไทยยังไม่เคยได้เขียนไว้ จึงทำการเสิรทภาษาอังกฤษ ก็ได้แบบงูๆ ปลาๆ บ้าง แต่ในที่สุด ก็ค้นพบวิธี ดังนี้เลยครับ

1. Copy โปรแกรมนี้ โดยคลิ๊กขวาที่ลิงค์ "Extractpreviews.lua.zip" ที่ด้านล่างนี้
2. เปิดโปรแกรม Light Room ตรง Menu bar เลือก Edit คลิ๊กเลือก Preferences
3. เมื่อหน้าต่างเปิดขึ้นมา ให้คลิ๊กเลือกตรงที่ "Show Lightroom Presets folder"
- วัตถุประสงค์ข้อ 3 นี้ เพื่อเป็นการค้นหา Folder - Light Room เท่านั้นเอง
4. ต่อมาเราจะสร้าง Folder ใหม่กัน โดยเข้าไปใน Light Room Folder แล้วสร้างโฟลเดอร์ตามปกติ แล้วตั้งชื่อ Folder ที่เราสร้างใหม่ว่า "Scripts"
5. ต่อมาเราจะ Copy "ExtractPreviews.lua" script ในขั้นตอนที่ 1 แล้วไปวางใน Folder Scipts ที่เราสร้างไว้
6. ปิดโปรแกรม แล้วจึงเปิดโปรแกรม Light Room ใหม่
7. ตรง Menu Bar จะมี Menu ใหม่เพิ่มเข้ามา ชื่อว่า "Scripts"
8. ถึงขั้นตอนนี้แล้ว เราจะลองดึงรูปออกมาดูกัน เราไปเลือกรูปที่เราต้องการ จะกี่รูปก็ได้ เมื่อเลือกเสร็จ ตรง Menu bar เรากดเลือก menu Scripts แล้วเลื่อนไปตรง "ExtractPreviews" แล้วโปรแกรมจะให้เราเลือก Folder ปลายทางที่จะนำรูปออกไป
หมายเหตุ
1. รูปที่ได้จะเป็นรูป Preview ดังนั้น ขนาดและคุณภาพ จะไม่ดีเหมือนรูปต้นฉบับ
2. ข้อมูลต่างๆ จะไม่ได้ถูกนำมาด้วย
ผมทำตามวิธีนี้แล้วได้ผลเป็นที่น่าพอใจ แต่จะติดบ้างก็ตรงที่ ไฟล์ภาพที่ได้มามีจำนวนไม่ครบ เช่น ใน Folder มีจำนวนภาพ 30 ภาพ แต่ดึงออกมาได้เพียง 28 ภาพ หรือประมาณ 70-80% แต่ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นทุกครั้งนะครับ เกิดแค่บางครั้งครับ ส่วนมากจะได้ 100% นะครับ

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Help / Extract preview for lost images
Sometimes,
lost or deleted photos in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4 still display a
preview. This script allows you to extract and save those previews.
The script extracts previews for all the images that are selected at the time you run the script. It extracts poster frames for any video clips that are selected at the time. You can choose a location for these files. The previews are in JPEG format, and the name contains the size of the image (for example, _MG_0233-360x240.jpg).

Note:
- The extracted previews don't contain any metadata from the original image.
- The extracted previews don't contain an ICC profile. So, if you import the extracted previews back into Lightroom, the images are imported with the sRGB profile.
To install the script, do the following:
- Ctrl + click (Mac OS) or right-click (Windows) the link to the script below, and save the script to your desktop. Double-click the file to decompress it. This step creates a file named ExtractPreviews.lua. If you can't locate this file, you can search your hard disk for it.
- In Lightroom, choose Lightroom > Preferences (Mac OS) or Edit > Preferences (Windows).
- Choose the Preset tab and select Show Lightroom Presets folder.
Note:The Show Lightroom Presets Folder button takes you to the correct location only when Store Presets With Catalog isn't selected. If Store Presets With Catalog is selected, navigate to and open the /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom folder.Important: Apple made the user library folder hidden by default with the 10.7 release. If it's necessary to access these files to perform Adobe-related troubleshooting, use this TechNote to open this folder. - Create a folder in the Lightroom folder called Scripts.
- Copy the ExtractPreviews.lua script (from Step 1) into the Scripts folder.
- Quit and reopen Lightroom.
- In Lightroom, choose the ExtractPreviews from the Script menu.Note:In Windows, the script menu is the last menu on the right. In Mac OS, the script menu is to the right of the Help menu. See the following illustration.
- Choose a location for your extracted previews.
